Subject reports purpose of song as "to help my feelings live in the world"; description is fairly basic description of song magic. Examination of song lyrics seems to suggest little effective power other than to engender emotion in targeted individuals. Song logged in Ar Tonelico as EXEC_HARMONIOUS/.
Suggested course of action to provide stimulus appropriate to desired song output. Advice to subject to continue working on song magic.

That's really the best she can do after, what, seven years now?

To say it's "the best she can do" is a bit of a skewed analysis. It's the only thing she's done so far.
Her songs come from her thought patterns. To date we haven't provided much stimulus on that front because we wanted to see what she'd make on her own. Now we know she's conflict-averse, if we change her thought patterns, we should get something else.

GIGO, basically.

More like "nothing in, garbage out". Her default thought patterns are just basically useless for our purposes, but now that we know that, it's not as hard to resolve as it could be.

Might be harder than you think. Say what you like about the relevance of the song, but there's something pretty surprising about it. Not exactly the first thing I'd think of after having been a lab rat for seven years. She might be tough to change.
I must say I feel pretty glum about what'll happen if she turns out to be useless. It's not like you could adopt her out, especially if we're going to try and influence her thought structure to heighten her aggression (I presume that's what you want to do). We'd probably have to euthanise her, and I'd be sad to see her go. Not often you get hope like that in this world. Pity it isn't well founded.
